Grief Counseling
Grief Counseling
We offer individual grief counseling at school to students who have experienced the death of a loved one. We typically meet with students for 30 minutes for 4-6 sessions (based on need). We need a private space free from interruptions. We prefer multiple appointments (two or more scheduled appointments, morning, or afternoon).
REQUIRED PAPERWORK COMPLETED BY THE LEGAL GUARDIAN:
•Application for grief services (one per family)
•Statement of understanding/SOU (one per family)
•Authorization/Release for us to speak to your school (one per child)
•Telehealth agreement (in case needed)
